How do I place an order?​

You can send us an enquiry using our contact page. Alternatively you can message us via our instagram page or email us at blossomsandbakes@hotmail.com Please note we have a limited capacity by date so the earlier you enquire the more likely we are to be able to take on your order. Your requested date if available will be held for 48 hours from our confirmation of your request. Orders are not confirmed until we have recieved your booking fee and confirmed back to you your collection data

How do I pay for my cakes?​

Payment is via bank transfer - once we have agreed your order & collections date, I will send you bank details or a bonk to transfer payment. All orders under £60 are payable at the time of ordering, with payment confirming your order slot. For orders over £60, 50% of the total is due on booking with the remainder payable ahead of collection.  See our T&Cs for cancellation fees.

How should I transport my cakes?​

All cakes are supplied from our premisis in Cox Green and will be suitably boxed for you to transport. Boxes should be held from the bottom not the sides . We recommend transporting your cakes in the footwell or fimrly secured in the boot of an airconditioned car especially in warmer weather as buttercream can melt in extreme heat. Never place on a seat or held in someone's lap.  Once your order is collected it is your reponsibility to ensure safe transport. On larger orders (over £100) , delivery may be possible for an additional fee - please enquire when contacting us with your booking

How should I keep my cakes at their best?​

To experience your cakes at their best, they should be eaten withing 2-3 days. Store them in their original packaging in a cool dry place. Do not keep them in the fridge unless instructed on collection.

Can I choose my own colours, flowers & designs?​

You can choose your lead colour (or on 12+ cupcake orders) for your order). Please bear in mind, due to the  nature of buttercream colouring, we may not always be able to provide exact colour matches although we will always aim for as close as we can. 

 

For Floral orders, you can choose your lead flower for your assortment, we will then pick accompanying designs to complement it but we would love to understand any additional requests from you. Floral boxes of 6 have 2-3 different designs, and floral boxes of 12 have 3-4 different designs  Classics will be a mixture of swirl roses and drop hydrangeas.

​What flavours do you offer?​

Our cake flavours  are vanilla, chocolate or lemon. Chocolate & Vanilla are topped with vanilla american buttercream while lemon are topped with lemon american buttercream. We may be able to offer some alternatives on specific orders, so if you have requests please ask.

Do you cater for allergies?​

We have completed the Food Standards Agency Food Allergy and Intolerence training and are able to provide ingredients listings and allergens information for all our products. Any allergies or food requirements must be notified at point of placing order. Our products are produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts and other allergens so while we will take all suitable precautions, we are not able to guarantee products would be fully free traces of these allergens - please discuss with us!
